We did it!!! We got everyone's 100th Day shirts finished (can you believe these kiddos have already been big preschoolers for 98 days?!?!). So to reward ourselves for being careful around the fabric paint all week we took a sunny, snowy walk to the fountains where we had a little snowball fight...and then these jokesters decided to sneak attack me as we were walking back:) They even got a chance to talk to Fr. Seacrist or as they call him "god." Have a great weekend!! I'll see you all on Monday for our Super Bowl teamwork week!!!!

Reading Time!
I love hearing them "read"๐ค Not only do the books help with their letter recognition but their ability to use the pictures to tell stories helps the kiddos develop their reading skills for upper grades and helps them grow in their social/emotional skills by judging emotions of others expressions in the illustrations! If you can't tell, I'm a little obsessed with books and reading;)

Ii is for....
ice cream!!!!! Now I know that's not the best morning snack in the world bbbuuutttt....we did have crushed up cereal as a topping choice so...๐ It's all about balance right?!? Sorry there's not many pictures today but we are starting our 100th day of school tshirts which requires the use of fabric paint and I don't have enough hands to take photos and keep their hands away from everything else๐คช Which leads me to my PSA of the day, while they are wearing paint shirts, it is kind of tricking to get all the paint off their hands...no worries it eventually works it's way off but we are using red so if you see some on their hands out of the corner of your eye, it is not blood! So please don't freak out!!!! So far it's actually been coming off better than it has for me in previous years but still wanted to give you a heads up in case I miss some. Have a great afternoon!

So many snowmen
We made some GIANT paper plate snowmen today! It was a try test of patience and listening as they had to follow verbal directions on assembling their snowmen and wait for the next steps but we are growing up a lot because they hardly even had difficulties with it!!
We have a new 4 year old in class!!!! Happy Birthday, Ryker!!!!!! Thanks for the delicious donuts!
