Thank you!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! It cannot be said enough, thank you for trusting me with your child this year. It has been amazing getting to be their teacher and see them learn and grow everyday. Thank you for all of your kindness and support as we all figured out this whole school thing together, you all made this the easiest and most fantastic first year I ever could have imagined. And thank you for all of the kind words and gifts today!! You will never know how much I have enjoyed and appreciated having your families be a part of my teaching career, I love you all and will never forget you all!!
Have a wonderful summer with your little ones. Watch them grow, play, and discover. I hope your lives are filled with laughter, learning, and blessings! I can't wait to see you all in August!

Our 15 minutes of fame

So our recording of the Pledge of Allegiance, was on today!!! If you did not get a chance to see it, here is a link to KOMU's website where you can see it. I love seeing these things at the end of the year because you can really see how much they have grown. They did such an amazing job, and to think that we recorded this after only being in school about 2 months!

Cloud Watching

I love being able to have my mom sub because I can count on her years of experience to know exactly how to run my classroom even better than me but also because she knows how much I miss being there and how much I love doing my blog so she took some pictures for me:) It is unfortunate that there were absolutely no clouds apparently but it sounds like the cloud watching party was pretty successful and the kids looked pretty adorable! Sorry I had to miss it but I am finally over the stomach flu so I will see you all on Monday!!

Weekend Planner

Good Afternoon, just a reminder that Monday is a "snow day" so no school that day. Also Big Bucks is this weekend and if you are interested in the art auction items, Preschool did a fantastic collage American Flag that is made out of Popsicle sticks that the kiddos designed. Egg-citing news

We got to see a chick hatch! And then two more hatched today! We had a lot of fun watching the chicks move around in their incubator. Thanks go out to Mrs. Ratcliff for letting us share the excitement! We worked on matching animal mommies to their animal babies and tomorrow we will get to make some chicks. Its going to be a fun week!! See you after school.

Another Monday Down

And then we will be off next Monday, unless there is a snow day between now and then, which is kind of a real possibility at this point...Mrs. Ratcliff's eggs are here so hopefully we will have some exciting chick news over the next couple of days.
