Costume Parade

We have had one fun day in Preschool-we got to see a lot of cool costumes, go trick or treating, have Halloween Snacks (thanks for sending in stuff Mommies and Daddies), and go through a Haunted House! We are napping right now so we have a lot of energy to trick or treat tonight and for the first time in weeks-everyone is asleep! It has been exhausting but so much fun!

We even got to run in to Miss Tori and Miss Camryn (our 8th grade helpers) but we didn't run into Miss Audrey so we will see her on Friday:)

Family Fun Night's a coming!

I think I put this is  my notes before but in case I have not, we will be having our Thanksgiving Family Fun Night at 6:00 in the downstairs of the Selinger Center on Friday, November 9th. We will be having a spaghetti dinner, coloring, and a family Thanksgiving Craft. Sign up sheets for sides and an RSVP list will be posted in the classroom, I hope everyone can join us!

Some general information and reminders

Hi Families! We have recovered nicely from our field trip adventure excitement and have settled back into routine nicely. Tomorrow is report card time for the big school which means I will be sending home assessments. All of the kiddos have worked so hard this quarter and grown so much. When you look over their assessments, please keep in mind that they are not expected to know really anything on it, all of the things on the assessment are things we will introduce and work on throughout the year. With that being said, I think you all will be so impressed with all that they know already that I haven't even taught in class yet:)
In their assessment folders is a paper to fill out regarding scheduling conference times, please fill that out and return to me on Monday if you would like a conference. If you would like a conference with me but can't do any of the times listed, please just text or email me and we can set something up:)
Speaking of conferences, due to them-there will be no after school care Wednesday, October 25. And on Thursday, October 26th, all grades (including Preschool) will dismiss at 1:30 with no after school care. Sorry for all the inconvience.
I think that is it today...Have a great afternoon, we are having cake for snack so I am sure ours will be wonderful:)
