Fisher Farms Update

They had so much fun today!!! We got a little messy but I promise the smiles were worth it:) I posted a few (or you know just like 90:) pictures from today. I know the other teachers were taking pictures too so I will post more as I get them. So glad everyone was able to join us today, the kiddos had so much fun hanging out with you all. I love field trips and this one was no exception, thank you all for a wonderful day!!!

A new week, a new letter

Good Afternoon, our letter Pp Pumpkin week is off to a fun start with lots of ooey gooey pumpkin fun in our classroom. This afternoon Mrs. Neidert's 2nd Grade class is coming to visit us and share some stories that they wrote! If I am correct, there are quite a few siblings in that class so I think we will have an exciting time with it:) I can't wait for you to get to hear all about it, it is always a great time when we hang out with the big school kids. A sub-ly afternoon

I have staff meetings this afternoon so Ms. Michelle Keller will be subbing for me. She is making Pumpkin Play-dough with the kiddos-sounds fun and so yummy smelling. Apparently it is pumpkin mix and cornstarch. It might be a bit messy so if you see any funky colored marks on your kiddos clothes today do not assume the worst, it is probably just pumpkin:)

Good Afternoon Families! I am about to send an email about this so if it seems a bit redundant, my apologies:) Just wanted to let you know that on Friday, our class will be taking a walking Field Trip to the Fire station down the road from us. My mom is coming to help us walk there and back. Once there we will get a tour of the fire station and get to sit in the truck!!! After we cover Fire Safety this week, I think the kiddos will be so excited to meet the firefighters! If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. Have a great afternoon!

No blog for you...

So sorry I feel like I've trained you to see what we did all day and now I am leaving you hanging but we got so busy and my phone was misplaced for part of the morning and I didn't get any pictures but they have been having fun coloring ghost shapes, playing with chalk and bubbles, and getting ready to paint some pumpkins (thanks for sending those in:)!! If you need to see their smiles, please check out the videos from our playground time yesterday, their screams of joy always make me smile:) Have a great weekend and please send back pumpkin patch permission forms and money ASAP! The Spinner....

My favorite of our new toys, I tried it out this morning so I could get a feel for how fast it would go and how easily they would be able to climb out. Again thanks go out to all the generosity of our St. Peter's Family in helping make this new playground possible!

Some upcoming dates

Good Afternoon! So field trip forms went home last night. We need those returned by Friday, October 12th please and thank you! If you have any questions about the times or agenda please let me know:) Also, I know it is a few weeks away and I am sure it will be in the newsletter a bunch before it happens but planning is difficult and I like to do it as ahead of time as possible so throwing this out there: No After School Care on Wednesday, October 24th and Thursday, October 25th.
